During the workshop, we will address steps to becoming a Winner:
- willingness to forgive yourself and learn to love yourself unconditionally
- making an honest assessment of your strengths and weaknesses, and to strengthen the positive qualities you already have
- accepting responsibility for your own actions and no longer blame others
- identifying the filters (irritational beliefs), through which you view the world
- replacing your irrational beliefs with positive self-talk
- identifying and expressing your emotions in a healthy way
- open your eyes to what anger and resentment are doing to you
- become aware of self-sabotaging behaviors that keep you at a "survival" level
- accept the payoffs (what you get out of it) that drive your behavior
- let go of the need to control others and expecting yourself to be "perfect"
- identify the roadblocks in your communication and learn assertiveness skills
- overcome the barriers in your relationships.
